And with the fish oil, I've read that we consume 10-20x more DHA than we did in the past (From normal food)... It's EPA that we need.

I have a bottle of mostly EPA.. It seems though every time I take, I get heart palps.

"eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), one component of fish oil (New England Journal of Medicine, Nov. 10, 2018). This medicine significantly reduced the chance of a heart attack or stroke. However, it also slightly increased the likelihood of atrial fibrillation (AFib)."

Ah really, I didn't know that. I guess I don't really notice it if it happens or not with my EPA. Probably happens some.

I've sort of just always taken it over the years. I wonder what would happen if I stopped taking the EPA.

I was actually able to reduce the Klonopin by a bit yesterday (0.125 mg less than what I've been taking). I am proud of myself for tolerating the reduction.

I only did it for the first year or so, after that it had done all it was going to do I think. Need to do activities and other things, it needs to change constantly.

Depends if you eat fish or not…I don’t so I supplement DHA mostly but mine is a mix. Anyway DHA is the one that makes up the brain and you can get pure DHA if you want from Nordic naturals. Besides I think we need more of this on APs because APs in some ways destroy the brain(which we know from animal studies), so we need to regrow it more than a normal human so we need more dha. Just my opinion. I never needed fish oil before APs and I don’t take other meds so…

The library has volunteer applications online, I never noticed that, I only saw the job applications on there before. So I'm going to fill one out and drop it off. The library branch closet to me is right down the street from me, and it might be easier to get a part-time job there someday if I volunteer there for awhile first

Today I have the mental capacity for nothing.

It's incredibly difficult. No one here seems to care anyways, or I'm doing something wrong in disagreement which makes it sad to all of you.

Sometimes I’m just not sure how to respond to posts, especially ones that go above my own level of understanding/intelligence, so if I don’t understand something sometimes I just press the hug button to support, it doesn’t mean I feel anything bad towards you

I've decided I'm taking solely the environmental science class this coming semester, so instead of trying to take two classes and overwhelming myself I'll just take it slow. I already have 22 credits. I need like a total of 62 to finish my associates degree, so I will need another 40 credits. Once I get used to taking classes again I'll add more per semester

Good morning, happy Halloween!

Have an appointment with my therapist tomorrow, excited to tell her about college, and that I got all the dental work finished finally. Taking the bus over to the college this Thursday so I can pay off what I owe the bookstore. Then signing up for environmental science for the spring semester (classes start in mid January). Also need to buy a new student ID card since I don’t have my old one anymore.

I hope you'll come back - no one here means badly towards you, Desoxyn. Similar to what Blue_Bird said, I sometimes don't know how to respond to your posts, so I just press the "hug" button as well. It doesn't mean anything negative. I just do it to offer support when I can.

I got stressed because the police were in the building. They were here for someone else obviously but one of my paranoias involves the police so I always get extremely stressed when I see them , so I got on the treadmill for 30 minutes and it helped my anxiety a lot

Treadmill is always good. Good for you for recognizing that you needed to do something about the anxiety.

I guess I'm ok, depressed though. My mom passed away a week ago. I miss her as she was, just a few months ago. I can't cry much because of the risperdal and prozac. But I've had some crying.
