Im 19 years old and I was diagnosed with depression a couple years ago, I also have anxiety. I stopped taking any medication about 2 years ago. Over the past 6 months I have been having signs of psychosis. Especially things like paranoia, delusions, along with a lot of other things and weird feelings. I just feel very disconnected with the world and I cant fight it. I havent been to a doctor to diagnosis me with psychosis, but Im pretty sure that I have it. A weird symptom for me is that I have been having a high pitched noise in my ears at all times. Its like a loud buzzing sound and it keeps me up at night and I can especially notice it when everything is quiet.

Does anyone else have the symptom of a hearing a loud buzzing noise? I read on a couple different sites that hearing high pitched noises with no other cause can mean a early sign of psychosis, along with being very paranoid like I have been. Im just kind of scared right now because I dont even recognize myself or know who I am anymore.

yes it is a relatively common ailment called tinnitis. There's an interesting thread about it in the Health support forum.

You should do some online research about it and also seek some help. You don't want to refuse help and have to put up with what your going through if you dont have to. Help is out there.
