My random movements in my face and other parts of my body like my feet and hands are getting a lot worse. I mess with my mouth so much that my lips are always chapped, my jaw is driving me crazy because it hurts so much, and my feet hurt because I keep randomly moving them.

I have no control over any of this.

Anyone have any advice or insight?

Can I ask what medication you are on? (if you are)

I've heard that some can cause this if you take it for a long time, like the stuff I've just started taking.

I don't know what the disease is called, but I've read about it as a possible side-effect.

I'm on Geodon, Zoloft, Cogentin, Lamictal, and Vyvanse.

I know about the effects of long term use with any antipsychotic, but I'm 20 and have only taken it for 3 years.

oh, by the way, it's called Tardive Dyskenisia.

Have you talked with your doctor about the movements? There might be something that can be done and TD (not going to write out that long name ) can occur at any time with some antipsychotics .
