I...I don't want to sound crazy. But sometimes think I'm going insane. There have been times here recently when all of a sudden i hear a voice. It only lastes for a few moments...but... honestly it freaks me out. But...I don't know if its just my mind playing tricks on me or what. -frowns-
This is what i know. It normally happens around night time...and the voice i hear...is a woman's voice making and echoing sound and it sound ...troubling. Also, it isn't something i don't understand, like someone is talking in a foreign language. It freaks me out pretty bad and i don't know if i should see a therapist about it or not. I mean its like like i hear it all the time...but still. The voice isn't telling me to do anything...its not threatening, but still its freaking me out. What should i do? |

Have you been under increased stress lately?
Auditory hallucinations commonly occur at night and these blips of sound might just be stress related.
