Wow, thanks. I didn't think anyone cared whether I was here or not. Awhile back, when I first came, some previous members here ganged up, cliqued up at me, and actively colluded to drive me out. They hated me without a just or reasonable cause; I did nothing to them. Ever since then, I just didn't feel I was welcome here, so I kind of dropped out of the loop. You know, 1dayatatime, kind of like your signature says? I don't remember all that was said or done, only the feeling it left me with.

(Don't worry, it wasn't any of you guys)
{{{{thanks for thinking of me}}}}

That perception can go both ways sweetie. Lots of people feel like that when they start posting here. Often one cannot see that what they percieve as attacks from others are merely those others responding to the first volley set forth.

Nice seeing your post to know you are around. I hope the medications are going well and that you have good medical and therapeutic support.

And likewise -- too often people cannot see that what they wrongly interpret as a "volley" is simply someone else being themselves and expressing themselves exactly as they are with no malice or ulterior motive behind it.

It could be better, but I think on the whole it's fairly good. My pdoc still seems undecided whether I'm bipolar or schizoaffective. He writes both down in his notes. I hate Depakote for zombifying me out and find Abilify very helpful for grounding me better in reality. How are things with you?

Thank you to everyone who showed they care whether I'm here or not, by the way! Your kindness is very much appreciated. I know I don't deserve it, which makes it all the more precious.

It sounds like the meds for you are a mixed bag so far. Zombifying isn't usually a positive with a medication Malady156 How is your sleep with this mix? Any changes there?

Do you like this pdoc you're working with? I guess unless it is insurance wanting a diagnostic code it isn't too important which dx they decide upon ultimately if you are receiving adequate treatment. Let him write both as long as he's treating you properly!

For you I wish the medication zombifying could be lessened somehow. Being more grounded in reality sounds delightfully refreshing to me.

Currently I float about day to day and then it is next week and then it is the following month. Linear isn't a timeframe *I'm* living in at this moment. Malady156 Went through a nasty bout of insomnia that threw me for a loop and then some. Sleep is key to remaining somewhat stable. Thanks fer askin'.
