Hi Steve,
I know it can be scary when getting diagnosed with something so serious, but try to think of it as a tool that doctors can use to help you get better. And less of something that reflects on you. You can't help it any more than you could help getting a physical ailment so just roll with the punches, try out different meds if that's what the doctors suggest and see what works to get you healthy again. Know that I am here to support you. Love and Hugs, Tara |

have you asked your pdoc or T the differences in these dx's and why they changed your dx? that might help you better understand. i believe many times the dx is a tool for the pdoc and T to better treat you. i am bp among other things. if the pdoc and T were treating for bulimia it wouldn't help me much, for an example. also you might want to read about the differences in these dx's yourself to gain insight. the pc site offers a lot of good info on dx's.
know that i care, steve, and always feel free to ask questions to us and to your T and pdoc. it is a good way of finding answers. ![]()
