Try using HELP in WORD or looking it up on the internet. Other than that, why do you think an autobiographical essay format would look different than any other essay format?

There just seems to be so many instances in a life that can be talked about, it is very difficult to put the whole essay in context and understandable at the same time, so I am wondering if the formatting is different for such an essay.

Think of one experience you like that illustrates something about you and do the essay on that incident only. Is this for a course or to get into a program/school?

This is the easiest format i can find..... you can add or take away any of this, but generally these are the highlights.
Chapter 1 – Introduction
Chapter 3 – Firsts
Chapter 4 – Sports/Activities/Hobbies
Chapter 5 – Dreams/Hopes
NOTE: You don't have to include all of this. These are just ideas in an outline form. Doesn't have to be a really long thing, it can be as long or as short as you want. I hope this helps a bit... ~Sunney |
