I'm 18 years old in the last class of high school.I feel depressed because some of my classmates and from other classes behave awful to me,and they make fan too. They are esepcially boys.I don't really know the reason cause I have never done something to hurt them but they hurt me.They used to call me ugly to my ex bf but I am really not.I am jealous when I see them enjoying talking and behaving so well to the other girls :'( I feel unloved and lonely in my school. What should I do?

I'm so sorry you are experiencing this. I struggled a lot in high school with similar issues but I can tell you that it will get better. Try to hang in there. Do you have any friends there you can rely on? Avoid the people who are mean to you?

After high school things can change - you have more freedom. You are more likely to be able to meet people who have similar interests and values to you and be able to avoid those who will bring you down.

Hang in there

I was never on the "most popular" list either in high school. I think some of these young folks have watched the movie "Mean Girls" or some version about mean boys too many times.

You might want to talk to a teacher and especially to the school counselor and get some support. Or at least see what these folks have to say. I don't want you to have to deal with so much pain on your own.

But, as Mazing said, you are finishing your last year and won't have to be with these folks forever. I really blossomed in college. (Objectively, I wouldn't win any beauty pageants, and I never even had a boyfriend in high school. But I've been married now for over 24 years!)
