So...I'm starting study next week, at university level. I'm rather nervous. Last time I attempted Uni I couldn't handle it, I studied almost 24/7, had no breaks (because of me, not the course or lecturers), got very, very stressed and totally melted down at exam time.

So, what can I do that'll ensure I don't go the same way again?

1. You cannot make past mistakes, you are not in the past. You can only make present mistakes.

2. Get more interested in the subjects for yourself than in the studying of the subjects for the exams. The exams do not go forward into the future -- you and your interests and achivements do.
