Exam on saturday...what I have study untill now? Almost anything.
In the morning, during the day, I'm so tired I can study, so I slept in the afternoon two days in a row.

i OULD BE SLEEPING NOW IF MY SISTER DIDN'T WAKE ME UP TO HAVE DINNER. i RETURNED TO BED AFTER AND NOW i'M WORRIED ABOUT BEING TIRED AGAIN TOMORROW, NOT BEING ABLE TO STUDY THAT i CAN SLEEP, EVEN i'M STILL TIRED.

I'm not feeling very good today. Early this year I skiped an exam...there were bad times, during two months I would came home after classes to feel so, so, so terrible. It was sort of a turning point in my life. After then I decided to get apart from the people I was hanging out. Today I had to come to the same place to do the pratical exam. Some of those feelings came back. And while my classmates are studying to saturday exam, I had been study for today exam.

It's hard to describe the way I'm feeling, but I'm in a down side today. Because of the exams, because the fact I had to make conversation being very seeply today, and I suck at that particulary when I'm sleepy, and I end up boring people. People I like that because of moments like this just get apart from me.

I don't know if I will sleep tonight. I hope so, cause I really need it. And I run over of my sleeping pills. They don't work quit well. They are benzos, but no the sleep induction type, just the calm down type. I wish my doctor had prescribe me different ones. She just gave me diazepam because at the time I was having muscular spasms. I should asked her something different for times like this.

Hello, mulan. Might you talk to your doctor about your concerns as soon as you can? In other words, are you without any recourse to help you?

Try to drink some chamomile tea before sleeping. It has a calming effect on the body.
