My assignment was LATE

I knew I'd f*** this up. I had this major final assignment that was the culmination of all my work in graduate school. The assignment was due on the 15th, no later than 11:59 pm.

Earlier that day, I realized that I did one of the parts, a 3-4 page paper, all wrong so I had to completely do it over. I had work that evening, but afterwards I rushed to get it done. I got it done at 12:10.

I went to submit it online, but the site where I was supposed to submit it was closed because I was TOO LATE, YOU F***ing FAILURE.

I emailed it to the professor with an explanation of why it was late. He hasn't replied so I don't know if he even got it, and the assignment gets points taken off for every day it's late.

I emailed it to him again and left him a (really incomprehensible message) on the phone, but, too late again, it's the weekend and nobody does anything on the weekend. So more points taken off until he finally gets to checking his email on Monday.

If I wasn't such a F***up who screwed up the assignment, I wouldn't have to worry about this in the first place. It's like my brain is sabotaging me because it wants me to end up being a homeless, useless blob of a failure.

Very stressful! I would not worry too much though. I know my current diploma course takes off up to 10 points if a paper is late. Since I plan on doing A work I'll get a B or C, etc. Life goes on (you'll get a "B" and "pass"/get your graduate degree). No one is going to ask you about your actual grades for each class in graduate school, just that you got the degree?
