Wish I would have known, went to three different colleges, didn't know you can't transfer credits from one to the other, wasted all this time, have more than an associates degree, petitioning, begging to take more classes, ridiculous, worthless in debt, waste of time., deep in debt in an Obama economy, cheese and rice, just when I quit drinking too..

I know there are a few colleges that will allow you to challenge out in some of the courses. I couldn't name them but you can probably look them up.

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't better informed.
It sounds like extreme negligence on behalf of the colleges who should have done screening before hand to give credits were credits are due. I'm sure you would have said something to the colleges by now, well, personally, if it were me, I would have anyway. I don't know that it would fix anything but it's really not fair that you've been doing unnecessary time and work. I would be so angry!!! |

Usually if public colleges have regional accreditation which is recognized nationwide while other small private colleges have a national accreditation which is not widely accepted. I would look into the schools accreditation, as long as the accreditations are the same credits should transfer.
