I have to leave in roughly 15min for school.
I'm so anxious it's ridiculous.my stomach hurts from anxiety and my heart is going crazy af.
I'm even struggling to finish a essay before I leave.
I want to tell my sister I'm too anxious but I need to tell her in a way that makes her understand.Shes not a anxious person so she'll most likely just say"whatever just go you already take to many absences."
(not anxious about the essay)i don't know why I'm anxious myself.I just feel like I'm having a panic attack.(I have no issues with friends and bullying btw) I've been getting small hallucinations in the past hour or so/

Hi Zykra. Sorry you are so anxious going to school. Have you considered talking to a therapist or support group to find out what is triggering your anxiety?

This article was a big help to many people when we went over it in Anxiety Support Chat Friday at 8PM EDT.
How to Halt and Minimize Panic Attacks | Psych Central

Sleep is one of the most important ways to deal with challenges. I used to come home from school and take a nap I was so stressed after school. Sleeping can make a big difference. But sleeping too much can be a sign of depression. How are you sleeping?

In the meantime, lifestyle changes can give a little boost. Here are some of the things that help me. I have to watch what I eat because foods I eat can stabilize my moods or exaggerate them. A high protein low carb diet with snacks or meals every 3-4 hours will over time reduce my swings. I also avoid alcohol and recreational drugs because those can really increase depression.

Other lifestyle changes that help me are doing yoga, exercises, mindfulness, calm music, and being active on Psych Central.

Many people here at PC find they can share these feelings and what they are going through with the confidence that people go through similar things and can empathize. So many forums are offered as well as Chatrooms (after you have 5 posts or comments on others posts). Depression chat meets on Thursday night at 9pm EST and Anxiety Friday at 8PM.

Please feel free to private message me or any of the Community Liaisons by left clicking on the name in blue to the left of their post) for questions or just to share.

Well obviously time has lapsed since this was posted and you went to school. I often find that once we go then we forget what made us apprehensive in the first place... blessings and tc

I had a lot of anxiety when I returned to school and it was anticipatory anxiety. Once I got comfortable and got into a groove my anxiety eased. Someone gave me this web page about writing your fears down and it was very helpful.

I actually didn't end up going in the end. I just decided not to go because the anxiety was just all too much to handle

I don't know any specific reason why.
The whole getting set work and having a specific date to give in gets me anxious. Socialising gets me mildly anxious/makes me very uncomfortable, one of the reasons why is because it's extremely difficult for me to look at people while talking. If I take a day off from school then I don't ever feel like going back because I'm scared of the reactions I'll get.
There are A LOT of little things that make me very anxious.(I don't know if it helped but I hope it did somehow)
btw sorry for the late reply :/
