I can just feel angering experiences stalling me, and I usually know what or who provokes those angry feelings. An example would be interactions or experiences with a specific person. Particularly recently met people.
Anyone? |

No replies? Has no one ever experiences anger during studying, pulling you downwards?

I feel like responding, but I don't know what to say. I have anger, but only at myself and at fate. I have never felt any anger at a person ever. Even if they directly wronged me.
I also don't understand why this comes up during studying. Like I said, I don't think I am the right person to respond to this. I would say "Let it go" or "Stay positive" but me just saying this doesn't mean anything to you. |

I’m not sure if this is what you’re talking about but I find that when I’m trying to study and I’m stressed I get really irritable with people which can turn into anger but it all comes from my own frustration

I just got my Bachelors degree and the anger i felt inside was from a math teacher i was angry with because i thought she was not on my side. i would get angry with her responses if that is what you are talking about. Studying can be stressful and time consuming, maybe you're angry because you can think of funner or better things to do.

I definitely experience this. Sometimes it takes me 20-30 minutes to calm myself down before I can study again. It helps me to consciously determine what it is that is making me angry and why.
