I have a few major assignments to do and I keep running into problems.
1) there's so much information that I don't know where to start
2) I have been dissociating more when working on the assignment.

Any tips, tricks, hints are appreciated!!

Do I call the after hours number for the dissociations or wait until Wednesday? T did say to call if needed. Is this what he meant?

I guess I can say what assignment.

I talked with two from my school. And I decided that right now is not the time to pursue this degree. I don't know what I will do.

Right now I need to focus on my physical and mental health. Not even sure what that will look like.

Possible trigger:

I have a CT in a little bit. I hope it explains why the pain is there. I hope I feel better soon!

What kind of an assignment? Is it for school or therapy?

It was for school. I made the decision to take summer term off. Well partly forced. The assignment was on countertransference and it became triggering. I don't know what the future has for me. I just hope it's a good future.
Thanks for this!

I'm sorry you went through that, but it appears the assignment itself was an example of countertransference.

"A therapist, dealing with someone who has difficulties communicating, may inadvertently begin to lead the conversation in order to provide guidance" a prime example. Countertransference is the emotional reaction to the subject's contribution.

I hope you have the opportunity to try again in the near future. Best of luck to you
