Many of our members are younger and asked for a place to discuss school issues, good study habits, how to beat procrastination, etc. So here it is!
![]() This forum is meant to cover any kind of school -- high school, college, universities, or graduate studies. Enjoy, DocJohn

I am currently a sophmore in a high school that I classify as "remidial." A lot of the other teachers think so and think I am better suited for more challenging work or even a different school. Nontheless, I never really try in school. I know that I could be the best, always on the honor roll, ect - but I don't really have any motivation.
I planned on skipping which I think is becoming less and less of an option for me. I want to do so because I have my much elder father to take care of, a job to get, and responsibilities to tend to. But when I'm goofing off with my friends, sometimes skipping class, I don't think about that. (I don't want to go to class because I can barely learn due to the disruptive students who constatly talk down to me.) Any advice? |
