"Nothing is lost, nothing is created, everything is transformed" Antoine Lavoisier

So why i am fretting so much about the things i lost if it is only been transformed that means it is still around just in a different form... so i am attached to forms not reality and transformation upsets me... that is it i do not like change... but it would be foolish to think that i can control or stop change...
The wise thing to do is to embrace change and celebrate it instead of fighting it... that will make life more bearable and enjoyable at times...
At least i can relax more and not worry as much about what will happen tomorrow... the bad will pass and the good will pass away too and that will never stop... change will keep on happened all the time no matter what...
Nothing is lost nothing is created everthing is transformed... wow such an insight... may your soul rest in peace Monsieur Lavoisier

July 2009 a gentleman my age username "DeltaDawn55" joined this board and contributed 3 posts in a row then stopped i hope he is okay... here i am quoting of his last message at the better seld esteem forum the reason i am doing this is because it is an example of a person who decided to take charge inspite the calamities that he had to go through as he shared in previous posts the loss of members of his family and rusty a dog that gave him comfort... thank you Delta for the gift of "Self Awarness" i hope all is well with you now.... blessings!

MAYBE, this will help someone here ? I call it the SIX STEPS TO SELF AWARENESS !

1) Self Discovery = I spent years not knowing what I was or whom I was. But any type of discovery takes time and study to get the KNOWLEDGE desired. First comes knowledge and then discovery. (quote) "The self is only that which is in the process of becoming."

2) Self-Knowledge= Once you have discovered who you are, you use your attained knowledge to know what to do with and how to treat the discovery you made. (quote) "You have to know what is important and un-important to you."

3) You have discovered your true self and you have the knowledge needed to know your likes, dislikes, and desires. What you have learned may not all be socially right and called wrong, but hey, you have discovered that and if it is not right, you can and only you can make it right. The joy in that is the discovery and the challenge. (quote) "There's only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving, and that is your own self."

4) Self-Esteem = You have made your changes and you like what you have become. (quote) "Think highly of yourself for the world takes you at your own estimate."

5) Self-Worth = You must believe you are deserving of an abundant life. You can not create outside of your own belief. If you don't feel deserving, you cannot create your hearts desire.

6) Self-Love = Now you are ready to love what once was the un-lovely you. Now you are truly a work of art and you are the artist. Love what you see and feel. (quote) "Resolve to be thyself and know, that he who finds himself, loses misery."

I spent years working on these 6 steps, and now for one more quote. "I've come to believe that all my past failures and frustrations were actually laying down the foundation for the knowledge and understandings that have created the new level of living I now enjoy."
