Self Help Ideas

Use your teddy bear or favorite doll as a good companion when saying positive affirmations.

Hug your teddy bear and say your positive affirmations when looking at him.

Maybe you love to say this stlye "I feel good about myself. You feel good about yourself." I love this stlyle when listening to Louise Hayes MP3.

P.S. Here's how to use and play self esteem games with your teddy bear. You can adapt this game for other thing you want to focus on in life.

I have a tiny teddy bear I can take with me and talk to and allow to be one of my "better" selves :-) His name is "Queen's Knight" and he's my "protector", LOL.

I still have a business card-sized piece of paper I keep in my wallet. I made it with my therapist in high school, and I've kept it with me ever since then. There's definitely something about reminding ourselves of what is positive about us to keep our sadness in perspective.
