Hi. I found a way to improve my memory. I have found a lot of unexpected benefits. I am more alert and keeps my brain sharp even when not playing it. Keeps my mind off of worrying too much. The game that helps me the most is a computer game called "Escape Rosecliff Island". It is not boring. Has a lot of search for hidden items and stuff. this game is likd an antidepressant booster or something. If you can't get this one, there are a lot of others that will have the same effect. Just thought this idea would hep a lot of people.

Is this a CD you have to buy or a free game on the internet. My girls have a Nintendo DS and I like brain age - keeps the mind sharp and it has a very relaxing game which is great to play at night.

Oh! I need that game. I found one drawback, if I am not careful, I scrunch everything tp muscle wise and dnd up all tense. The game I refered to earlier is on an AMD laptop. the computer is the "acer aspire series". There is an icon called Acer Games. I think you can google it. But I know this site that has tons of different kinds of games. It is called pogo.com. Lynn, I will have to try your game out next. Bet I can find it on the internet.

Thanks for sharing this! I'll have a look see if I can find it. Is it free? Do you have to download anything? If it's just online I could give it a try.

I tried playing the simms, as a distraction -- found it actually stressful, lol! I think I'm just easily overwhelmed right now so defo not the game for me, you have to complete tasks constantly in time limits else it all goes wrong and then you have to catch back up and ... argghh!

Your game sounds fun though, and not so stressful anything to improve memory sounds really good, mine can be bad.

The pogo.com site is good because ht has free games and other games you can buy. There are even games where you can turn the timer off so you don't have that added stress. Once I figured that out, no more tensing , no more stress.
