Hi, if you're a procrastinator like I am I highly recommend one of the organiser apps for your phone/tablet, etc.

It's basically changed my life. I have one of those tablets, and it has a calendar program and I use it to set myself some small tasks on the way to a bigger goal. For example, if I want to do my taxes, I might set myself the task of making sure I have all my bank statements, etc.

Only wish I had this earlier.
Thanks for this!

I used the calender on my phone to remind me to take my medication - until I cracked at my doctor and refused to take them. Up until then, the calendar worked really well.
Thanks for this!

I recommend a stress tracker app : istress http://psiappsinc.com/iphone-applications-istress.html See the link for the different pages...

I use it to track my levels of thoughts and feelings. It also has affirmations and some jokes etc.

I would love an app like that but the $0.99 price tag + a $500 iphone is out of my budget. Have you heard of any blackberry apps like that one? Or you know, I could probably google it myself ( at self)
