Just watch this video on the importance of vulnerability. It was an eye opening talk for me.

I am glad it help some people. I had read a lot about shame, but her links with vulnerability does help me to make sense of some of my suffering. I am looking at getting her book, the gift of imperfection. I guess I really gifted.
