-when you get up in the morning.
I have tried it and found it very soothing. Of course - this applies only for the mornings you have time....vacations, holidays, etc. Some of us probably do that naturally. This writing is one of those things.

1. Some one wrote - "When you wake up, and you are still in bed, have a good book, or a sensual person to keep you there" - so i mean the sensual person part, or sensual thoughts, if you know what i mean....

2. When the "after" happy hormones and the warm energy is
spread in your body, try to feel what it wants to do. Practice whatever your body wants to do - it is usually lacks any real strain - might be some rolling, stretching, or whatever. Important to listen silently and do whatever it feels like doing, not what you "think you should" be doing in order to have better muscles or anything like that.

3. After that you may want to have a nice conversation with someone who is close to you and you really love. Express yourself freely, with love. remember that your relationship is more important than your beliefs. Any argument has the potential of not even starting if you are gentle enough in your disagreement.

4. Choose any kind of art and practice it for a while. The art you feel expresses your feelings the best. take and hour or so....

5. Open your diary, Look, or think about problems you have to solve and need your creative mind for them. Take some time to think about them.

6. If you are a student or have a profession that requires you to occupy your intellect - choose a task and do it. See if you like the results.

Enjoy your holiday or whatever it is!
