What hobbies or activity’s do you do to give yourself sense of worth? Also to put some structure back into your life or just give you satisfaction with life. I just need some suggestions then I probably get that light bulb brain wave, why didn’t I think of that moment or I know now what I can do now moment, I hope. My next sessions is not till next week so got time to get my brain working.

Thank You for your comments, I really appreciate them. You have good selection and sounds fun.
You have me thinking already. I guess I was just thinking in terms of something I would have to do and prove to her that I done it as she suggested poems. Walking at beach or park and taking photos might be idea as covers proving I done what I said I would.

I already had self worth before I started these things...You cannot get self worth from what you do always..it comes from the gut like self esteem. You have to like yourself and respect yourself.

Hmmm, cooking good food. Like good quality food. Binging out on ingredients and try making the best damn thing I can eat.

I love singing, I made a set up so I can make and record stuff for songs. Lately, I've been sick so I made this weird Progressive Relaxation + AmonTobin = Ultimate "Relaxation" Track [
] which can be found on youtube with this link.

Napping. Lots of tea drinking and reading. With warm blankets. And snackies.
Thanks for this!

I love to draw. And I also love to write.
Whenever I am creating, it feels as if the world slips away into some Super massive black hole. Being destructed and never to appear again for my own happiness's sake.
I get lost into a world, much like the one Alice from Alice and wonderland created when she fell into the rabbit's hole.
Little things turn into big details, exploding into a burning want to never stop. And spend the rest of your life doing what makes you happy the most.

When I can't draw or write... when I become simply uninterested in it... or when I lack the creativity needed. I feel empty. Like someone carved me, and dumped my insides out, like a pumpkin on Halloween. Right now, this is how I feel. And I am constantly scolding myself for it. I wish I could pick it back up so I can feel happy again.

Thank You Xambgii for your comments they are really appreciated.
Not sure if this may help you or something you may like to look into which is Behavioural Activation/ Activity Scheduling.

This is only my point of view and how I am and towards things sorry if this is not helpful for you but thought you might like to see how another view things. Also just got some sheets and tips from T so I am on a I can change/ do this role, happy space in mind and not thinking clearly to tell truth but happy delusional.

Back to what I was trying to given example of, instead of having to achieve a certain thing or amount or quality. E.G if I try to draw and usually it comes out like a three year old would do, then that's going in the bin and I am not drawing again for like months. Even though I got B grade in art at GCSE.

You look at how to build it back into your schedule/life. The thoughts I get are I am no good, it will not be worthwhile because I am going to get frustrated and annoyed. Even if try the outcome will be the same. You have to try and set aside these self doubts/ thoughts.

By planning how to get this back into your life. So firstly my T point’s out does it matter if you are any good if your just doing this for personal pleasure. Is anyone going to see so who will know the out come of your drawings. Is it your own personal self thoughts that you are not good? Also if you have been a bit low in mood and not thinking right and not drawing regularly are you really going to be really good when you draw next? Like most things in life you have to learn how by making mistakes but if you don't carry on then how will you know if this is justifiable or negative self doubt.

Then plan maybe a certain day/ number of days a week or time period when you are going to draw. Then think of things what are you going to draw say an object you have or something from your mind what ever come into at that time but try to narrow it down but not too much. So say if you couldn't concentrate on the object you chose and decided to draw say monday each week for 15 min. Next monday don't give up just because you couldn't concentrate on that object that time. Try another object or approach to drawing depending on what’s not going right for you. Maybe looking back a family member distracted you so try another time/ day or place e.g beach or park. Also rate your mood and thoughts try to write them down before and after as a way of evaluating and trial and improvement to get this back into your life. Also a way of personal self happiness/ structure for me personally that’s why I need task and hobbies to start as stepping stone may not be same for everyone as way or what you chose for behavioural activation/scheduling.

Once again sorry if this not helpful just an approached I have recently learned and trying to put in action.
