I've been seriously mental for about a year and I've managed to his it from people. But now I am suicidal, cutting, finding new personalities, and triggering a lot more often. I think if I flashback one more time I will shatter into a billion pieces.

How do I tell my mom or someone that I need to be in a psych hospital?

I don't feel safe anymore.

I would suggest that you find a calm time to let your parents know that you have been feeling suicidal and cutting, and that you want to get help for this pain you are in.

They may feel like they should be able to be the helper (parents are like that), but you can appreciate their concern while calmly stressing that you want outside professional help.
