Since I've stabilized and been levelheaded, I've had a few longterm and short-term goals in mind that I'd like to achieve within the next few years. I don't know exactly how difficult they should be to achieve, but it would be nice to achieve something great that would benefit me, and my loved ones in the long-run.
Short-term Goals - Start Spring Cleaning - Be more open/talkative - Keep a stress journal - Volunteer Longterm Goals - Don't overeat, count calories - Exercise weekly, and meditate daily - Practice math weekly - Finnish a book monthly - Apply for student aid - Sign up for a reasonably achievable Health Profession program -- I'm not happy with this post either, but--it's not like I can write anything better right now. I know I need this ![]() |

Hi! Your posts are fine! Please don't worry about making posts here some kind of masterpiece.....
![]() Your goals are sounding good. I congratulate you on coming up with some plans. I think these goals are a good idea and a good start. ![]() You might find it helpful to start breaking them into smaller steps when you can. For instance, daily goals might even work, if you want to get that specific at some point. |
