Since I've stabilized and been levelheaded, I've had a few longterm and short-term goals in mind that I'd like to achieve within the next few years. I don't know exactly how difficult they should be to achieve, but it would be nice to achieve something great that would benefit me, and my loved ones in the long-run.

Short-term Goals
- Start Spring Cleaning
- Be more open/talkative
- Keep a stress journal
- Volunteer

Longterm Goals
- Don't overeat, count calories
- Exercise weekly, and meditate daily
- Practice math weekly
- Finnish a book monthly
- Apply for student aid
- Sign up for a reasonably achievable Health Profession program

Hi! Your posts are fine! Please don't worry about making posts here some kind of masterpiece.....

Your goals are sounding good. I congratulate you on coming up with some plans. I think these goals are a good idea and a good start.

You might find it helpful to start breaking them into smaller steps when you can. For instance, daily goals might even work, if you want to get that specific at some point.

your goals are all about self-improvement, which is good but so WORTHY. why not add some fun goals that will make you feel happy, like going out for a walk with a friend or at least promise yourself a small treat for whenever you attain a goal. it helps keep you motivated!!!

When it comes to achieving any goal the most important thing is to be fully dedicated towards what you are doing. The good part of working for a goal is when you actually achieve it gives you satisfaction from inside and also it boosts up your confidence level.
I wish you all the luck for your goals be it short term or long term.!!
