ugh. i have that same goal everyday... it usually doesn't go well for me.
my goal for today is/was to get out of bed and catch up on some reading. i did a good chunk but have so much more... and i'm back in bed ![]() |

Today I met my goal of calling my T's office and my insurance to get some billing issues worked out. It's been on my mind for a while.

Kewl - nov 1 - 5 - bin walkin every day. Last 2 days, took about an hour to walk home from t. Its effin incredible. Half the distance is about to the hospital intersection. Downhill, anyway!

I've always had problems with organization, to-do-list, routines etc. but I decided I'm gonna try harder to get things done and even put them on paper with the top three most important tasks first for the day.
I think my depression mixed with anxiety paralysis me, so I just don't do most tasks I should do everyday, or I'll do it the last minute and be rushing. Ok it's 12:22am right now, and I'm gonna commit to washing the dishes in the morning and sweep the living room and kitchen floor as my first cleaning tasks in the morning. Let's see how I do |

I actually got up this morning and washed the dishes and swept all the floors in the house. That's a big step for me. Now I'm planning to mop the floor tomorrow, maybe just the living room and kitchen, of course I have to wash dishes everyday, I need to try harder to wash them right after dinner and not the next morning.

hi. I am still working on my goal to save enough money for things especially my main goal to get a place later on hopefully soon. i am also debating about getting another job later on to help further my goal on getting more money...

This is a cool thread!
I want to not only make sure I'm positive and solution oriented myself but I want to try spreading that to my friends and family. My goal today is to be empathetic and encouraging to everyone I talk to. |

Still working on my goal as I was half way to meeting what I wanted, but ended up having a garnishment which got recently paid and so I am starting over partially. My check kinda got small as my job is taking out $ for retirement and going at a slow process to meet my financial goals. I am also getting my resume/cv letter ready to apply to a job within the college district so I can have 2 jobs.

My goal today is to actually relax, realize that I'm alone right now and no one is going to jump out of the shadows today and yell, "Ha ha haaa!" To just let my mind flow into the creative project I'm doing right now, and also realize I'm doing well.
