There are a lot of work and to little time,
i tried to take naps in the day and then in the night i slept 8 hours anyway.
Has anyone tried the Da Vinci Method to take a nap every 4 hours for 20 minutes?

My friend tried something like that. He only lasted a day because the only way sleep works (is beneficial) is when you're in the REM cycle. Without REM sleep, sleep is pointless. Unfortunately you have to train yourself to go immediately into REM sleep, which is incredibly difficult (I won't say impossible since I don't know).

First of all it takes me more than 20 minutest to fall asleep. If I nap it lasts for 1 to 2 hours.

Same for me, but sometimes it takes me an hour or so to fall asleep. If I take a nap, it's usually for two or three hours.
