Over the years I have found that the types of music I listen to can have a major impact on my moods and emotions. Not everyone has the same experience but I have found personally that listening to classical relaxing music can really help me to calm when I'm stressed and faster paced music can help me when I need motivation.

I agree with mazing...that classical is calming and faster paced music is activating!

I have had lots of trouble sleeping... but have found a way to sleep and to help build confidence while sleeping.

I listen to **** Sutphen every night.
He has a mega pack of 6 sleep hypnosis sessions that lead you into sleep them helps to plant subliminal messages of confidence self esteem and letting go of things you can not control. Letting what is be... what is .. Is.

You can download it torrent style for free. Check the piratebay **** Sutphan mega pack.
