How are you working with Dr. Clay's book? Are you working through it or find yourself reading different parts? Has any part jumped out and been helpful or is there a part you "argue" with (I've had self-help books I've thrown across the room they made me so angry :-)

I like the last, "methods" section, that it includes all aspects, thoughts/intellect, emotions/feelings, actions, so you can break down where you get stuck individually and work on that particular aspect. Helps me realize too that I have strengths in some fields even though I might have weaknesses in others.

I haven't had time to read nearly enough of it yet, but Chapter 14 sounds like where I need to be. I have high hopes that I might find some answers there that might help me with motivation and trying to be less stuck.

Honestly I have not really read it yet! I should get to that.

I like the thorough way that problems are matched with possible solutions, almost like hyperlinks.
