Well as of right now, I have to focus on my short term goals of building my self esteem and getting my mood swings under control. This will help me build confidence and maybe allow me to reach my long term goals.
My long term goals: learn everything I can about the jewelry industry, including making jewelry, if I get that far into it. (Maybe) make my own line of jewelry because I love being creative and I like the sentimental value and happiness it gives people.
Next long term goal: do something to give advice to people regularly, even if it is just within my own social circle.
Then, maybe sometime in all this, I will be able to get completely off of disability.

What are some of yalls goals?

That's really great!

Hmm... I guess a short term goal for me is to fulfill my promises to myself more. I find it easy to keep promises to other people but I usually let them slide when it's just me.
As for long term... the jewelry thing sounds like a lot of fun so I might join you in that Is there any specific "field" of jewelry you really like? Like wire wrapping, beadwork, or etc? I've taken a metal working class and oh man it was so much fun!

My long term goal is to survive college. Haha ugh. That one will be difficult.

It is very hard to keep promises to yourself. It is like "oh its just me, its ok if I don't do this or that" but then it creates something inside your head where you don't depend on yourself for nurturing. That is the bad part...not being able to trust yourself to take care of yourself.
I want to work with fine jewelry. Like sterling silver, gold, diamonds, jade, rubies, ext. I have a lot of ideas for jewelry.
