Hi guys! To make a long story short, I'm currently working on creating a YouTube channel dedicated to a myriad of different topics (one of them conveniently being self improvement ) and I was wondering if anyone had heard of any decent sort of "business plan"-esque structures for planning tasks and projects associated with videography and online content production.

I'm being very specific, I realize, so anything along those lines or any tips in general that you think would assist in this endeavor would be greatly appreciated!

I would do a lot of reading and actually narrow down what you are asking. No one will tell you what exactly to put on your site and in what order, etc., if you are looking for that sort of? Video Planning Overview | dpBestflow

SCORE has some great business plan templates -- it sounds like you are looking for something that is more along the lines of a project plan than a business plan, though?
