SO....
self help ideas. i have a lot. thanks to God. and what i was searching is a place to share them. i hope that these ideas will help to those who find they can relate to them my ideas come from a few recources... my councelor - a wounderful woman who taught me a lot about life, we are still in touch as good friends. i`d call her my spiritual guide. books like: toa te ching by leo tze conversations with God by neal donald waltsh the work by kittie bayron and my own life experiace, of course ![]() 1. Choice so the first thing i want to talk about is the CHOICE we have in our lives! much more than we are actually aware of! sometimes we make things worse without understanding that it is way easier and more simple than we actually make it be. i know that a decission is something that sometimes hard to make. but not making a decission IS just another sort of decission! yep. we CAN`T run away.....we have to take responsibility for whatever we are doing. always. even if "it`s not my fault that..." who said it`s your faul? it`s a matter of CHOICE! we have the chioce to react to things in a certain way. we have the choice to say: "i hate my job" or "i don`t like it" and then "i don`t care about it" and maybe at the end "it`s not that bad!" what actually makes things more complicated for us is - 2. Fighting. the broblem is that sometimes we subconciously enjoy the sitiation! we are burried in our self pity and we like taking pity on ourselves and enjoy this dramatic situation. becasue in the end-we have a reason we got ourselves into a certain kind of trouble. so if i go back to the topic and talk about fighting- kittie baron said: "when you fight relity you always loose" and that means that we better except whatever it is- ourselves, oursitiations in life, our abilities and inabilities- if we except things as they are we really don`t have urges and ..live in PEACE" "all that i want in my life is the feeling of peace deep within me truely" (westlife) well i guess i continue later...i won`t "fight" the sleepy feeling i have now lol. i have to go to bed. that`s it for today..more to come. |
