So I'm trying to set new goals for myself. It's hard bc I have bp and PTSD. I also have a really hurt back.

So today, (I took lots of breaks) but I got the kitchen Cleaned, counters scrubbed up, dishes done. I vacuumed almost the entire house. I cleaned out the fridge. I straightened up the living room and threw away garbage in the majority of the house. And got a roast in with peeled potatoes and carrots.

I may be really sore tomorrow but I'd like to finish vacuuming, get my bathroom and room cleaned, mop the floors in the kitchen and bathrooms.

I also want to start doing mini walks 4 days a week. That's all I can manage with my hurt back. Just gradually increase the time.

Also wanna do more self care. So let's see how I manage. Others can post how they're doing too if they want. Thanks.

Well I'm really, really sore today. I'm so extreme. But I like that part of me. So I'm not gonna be able to get anything done today. I need to rest, sucks...
