I just got hired as an administrative assistant in an orthodontics office! Best job I've ever had but still not sure if I'm gonna go back to school or stick with this job and wait for or promotions

Maybe there is a way that you can return to school online and take a class or two at a time to further your education while you are still working at the job you have. Then, when you are ready you will have the knowledge and the on the job experience to nail down an even better job.
