Cousins uses a quote to tell us:

The articles are not lengthy but I found them useful, especially with the additional resources Cousins references.

Wow.....I found this article very interesting. I really like that it points out that out brains are like processors. I agree that our lives are happy when we have less choices. This made me really think about my life.

Thanks for posting this. I would have never found it.
