This article compiles a list of reasons why it is important to forgive: Why Should I Forgive? | Mental Health Awareness

Forgiving can be hard to do. Self-forgiving was very hard for me, harder than accepting I needed help.

Forgiving is an ongoing process which, in my view, is muchly worth the effort.
Thanks for this!

Thank you for the article link. Just yesterday, my T pointed out that I really needed to forgive a couple of people.....and I am struggling. Your post was perfect timing.

Absolutely, without question !!! Thanks for posting this.

Forgiveness is so powerful ... it's how we can let go of the past and start living in the present tense.

Before you embark on a journey of revenge, dig two graves.
