They say one of the best things for goal setting is sharing them with people you know, to motivate you to hold yourself to them. What are your goals! How are you reaching them?

1. Yoga at least once a day
2. Meditate 15 minutes a day (at least)

and then after 6 weeks of incorporating the yoga and meditation...

3. Quit smoking and soda

I am accomplishing this by having my family keep me accountable. They hound me until I get my yoga and meditation done for the day. lol

As for the smoking and soda...I'm creating a taper down schedule to follow over the next 6 weeks.
