I like too meditate it helps me become one with myself and prepares me for what is to come during that day. I do a number of things that are considered meditation. Look online and you will find something that will help you

Hi and welcome to PC.
I like to meditate as well. I do more reading of meditation books about mindfulness. I go to a centering prayer group and it helps me focus. Thanks for sharing. |

I have been practising mindfulness meditation for a few months now and find it really helps my anxiety.
I often focus on my breathing when I feel tense or notice my breath becoming shallow.
