I read up on it and found out a couple of ways to feel less out of it:
-if your thinking about something that makes u want to repress emotions/makes you anxious/ has you feeling dissociated start to reaffirm yourself!! -do something that takes your mind off of it that you enjoy!! For example I have an oral fixation so I start to suck on my fingers and that helps by having positive emotions surface bc sucking on things is pleasurable for me. |
