Working out! When my yoga mat comes tuesday...I begin working on balance, flexibility, and strength. At the gym, I'm going to be working more on strength with the machines. The gym I am thinking will be 4 days a week and yoga will be 5-7 days a week.

I want to get into martial arts but as I found out recently I'm in no shape to do so yet. So, I'm working on that. Maybe I'll lose some weight in the process!
Hugs from:

Thanks for this!

Got a gym membership the other day and used it for the first time yesterday. It felt so good! I did my legs and abs on the machines and about only 10 minutes of cardio because my shoes fell apart. They looked new but came from grandmas, I think they were just dried out so didnt work very well. But the legs and abs felt really good!
