3 weeks ago I quit smoking and gave up alcohol. Tomorrow the 1st of November, I want to give up caffeinated drinks. Each month I want to try and give up something I feel isn't good for me. Hopefully with changes in habits will make a better me.

my cousin quit the pop and juices and she lost 25lbs and she looks great. not only that too much caffeine is one of the triggers for anxiety... I too am trying to cut that down.
one day one step at a time...YOU CAN DO THIS !!! |
