I love this video. My favorite part is about portion control. Drinking a glass of water before eating meals can definitely make you eat less.
I've also learned that if you are still hungry after eating a meal, an extra glass (or two) of water will take the hunger away. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
