Moments that I feel left and not getting needs met. I am letting them really get me and I need I think to calm down , reflect on truth, a bigger picture , calm down and clarify and figure out a better way than just voicing all the pain. Somehow I need to take better care of me and time may be my greatest ally. Time to get over, time to get better control over my feelings and reflect as I said on some truths. Well, that is the goal.

I understand how you feel. I don't cope with hurt well either and need to learn to push the pause button to give me time to process and respond in a productive manner. Good luck and best wishes.
