Diary activities to do:

So dear brain, you have to work hard to recover and we need a routine.

First thing, sleep at least 6h and no more than 9h.

Don't mess up with benzos or pregabaline.

Take coffee or tea in the morning, fruit and some bread. No sugar. Good healthy meals.

Play some brain training, chess, and similar.

Do mild exercise everyday and moderate exercise 4 times a week.

Listen to music.

Look inside yourself and see who you are and want to be.

Take some time to remember how wonderful you are, how strong you are and how you are going to lead a good life.

Speak another language, or read it.

Read some literature and learn something new.

Draw and paint.

Socialize a bit everyday.

I will stop kicking my therapist.

Don't allow fears to overcome me (I am afraid of everything)

Ignore floating pills that follow me in order to control me.

........................
Build a routine.

.,......................

I understand you, head. I need to do it everyday.

I need to be a good professional, I need to use my brain to improve. I just need to do this everyday.

This is my goal, keep the healthy routine, build my life.
