I have been going through a lot lately and I’m feeling extremely emotional. Medication doesn’t help. Ideas on self treatment?
I know part of is I’m dealing with a lot right now. Working on crafts helps but I need to get things done and it takes a lot to get me to get things done. |

Is there someone you can talk to? I know that talking to someone supportive helps me through rough patches
