How is everyone with their self care emotional or otherwise?

I've been waging the war with anxiety lately. I am managing to stay a step ahead and win the battles but it is taking its toll and I am exhausted. It is all I can do to do my CBT or drag a comb through my hair. My home is a mess.

Don't know if it will help, but it was great help for me when I discovered I had TRANSFERRED the anxiety from when I was a
child with parents,to the outside world--damn sure I wasn't going to do it a SECOND TIME! For self-care,try this book:"Self-Compassion",by Kirstin Neff -she has website too.
