Help with hoarding

The guy made a comment about how these things get broken because people move them to clean them and I was just thinking, dude, that's obviously not why mine is broken.

I am scared to think what might be accumulating under my refrigerator after 3 years. I imagine there is a ton of dog hair.

I tossed out some old clothes that are in to bad of a shape to wear anymore and shoes that I can’t wear anymore.

Tossing out clothes is fun. I have been doing that also. I lost weight and the clothes are worn out so I have no excuse to keep them. Luckily, I have bought things in the past with the expectation I would someday lose weight, so now I have ten year old never worn clothes to wear, lol.

I tackled the cabinet under my bathroom sink over the weekend. It is much more organized now. There were things like expired moisturizers I decided I didn't like, some empty containers and other random things I no longer need or use that I was able to get rid of.

I end up having to throw away clothes that were to rip up and donated clothes that look new but are too small to wear. It cause anxiety. But I go through the anxiety.

It's hard to get rid of the stuff that's too small to wear. I keep it, figuring some day I will lose weight and wear it again - and sometimes that's true.

I didn't know there was a thread discussing this matter when I had to toss out my stuff for my move. I was upset that I had nobody to talk to about it and had no sympathy from others.

I still have some stuff at my parent's house but I haven't been back since Feb 1. My friend won't allow me to bring more stuff to his house.

I find life complicated. He has more stuff than I do at this point.

I work at the retail superstore and now when I see people with cart loads of household items, I think other people probably have more problems than me.

I do this too!! With bigger and smaller clothes. I put on weight with one of my meds (pregabalin) then lost weight with another (vortioxetine) and now Ive jsut added Bupropion to the mix and my appetite has decreased again.
Plus when I have episodes my weight tends to change too. So I keep all of my clothes even when I shouldnt...

I find it easier to throw out clothes that are too big, like I think it will be motivation to not gain weight. This conversation made me go through a bureau and fill up a bag with clothes I will never wear. Most of them still have tags and were purchased over ten years ago. How long ago was 2006??

Took out two organizing bin out of my bedroom one from my closet the other from under my bed. I had just a little anxiety today. That ended with one garbage bag out.
