Today I decided organizing my dresser and :chess D

Getting the garbage thrown out today. The basement bins are fairly empty, the building is fairly deserted, its not too hot and not too cold, and i have a backlog of full bags in the foyer that i can just load into a grocery cart, dump, then rest and repeat! If i can clear out the foyer, i can move stuff from the rest of the apartment into the foyer and do this again tomorrow. A man, a plan, panama. Wait i thought that was a palindrome. A woman, a plan, a clean apartment!

Good way to start off the new year. You must be starting to see real change in your surroundings. Keep at it!

Okay, today i took down the bags in the foyer, plus a few other things. This is like 2 weeks in a row! And i am planning on doing more these next few days, as i am feeling pretty good.

I had done a knee-to-chest stretch a couple of weeks ago - maybe more? - to try to deal with lower back pain, and geez i either squished my appendix or my ovary or both. The pain has finally cleared.

So now i will spend the evening moving trash to the foyer staging area, and also preparing some laundry baskets for tomorrow. A woman with a plan!
