Hi, what a good question? Personally, living among a family of busy individuals, I am someone who often needs to adjust my day to the needs of others. While there are certain activities that I preform on a regular basis, there are other activities that can only be performed according to the environment and my surroundings. I’m learning how to adjust to my environment to continue to practice the things I love. Create routines and maintain steady pace. Thats what helped me the most.
