I am wfh today, so I was able to fit in the 2nd brushing early. The orange vanilla toothpaste continues to taste divine!

Was so busy running errands and doing chores that I missed the 2nd brushing today. Simply forgot. It is OK, tomorrow will be another day.

Yep, today's a new day. I can definitely relate to forgetting.
Flossed but didn't brush yesterday. I think part of the problem I'm having with brushing is due to our bathroom renovations. The main bathroom which is on the same floor as the bedrooms is being totally renovated and so is out of commission. This means we have to use the smaller bathroom which is down two flights and is really small, so I don't want to spend any more time in there than is absolutely necessary. It's just a little bit more inconvenient, not that I was good in any way pre renovation. __________________ "I danced in the morning when the world was begun. My peridontal disease has kicked my ***** again. I have now to remove a bridge to see if we can save the cavity tooth, then put a new bridge in. Couple thousand dollars and I only had the bridge for 2 yrs. Then immediately to get an implant on the other side so I don't loose bone to attach to. My mom had it, my chronic health troubles made mine worse and expensive. Grateful for the teeth I have left.

Today was an unusual day. In the morning, I was rushing so I did not floss and did not scrape my tongue but just brushed. Just now, I brushed again. I decided that I am too tired to do those other things and today would be just a skip day. The incident made me realize that in terms of work effort, flossing is the hardest for me, followed by brushing, followed by tongue scraping.
